In the past couple of years there have been a number of articles pointing out how bad it is for one's health to sit at a desk all day. Sitting at a desk is hard on your back since you are sitting in a cramped position all day. It is bad for your heart since you are not moving, stretching or active at all. Our Standing Desk System allows the office worker to sit when using an extended height chair or drafting stool Our patent pending system allows the user the adjust the height of the desk to meet their specific requirements. Because the desk height can be changed in 1 1/2" increments, the user can get the most comfortable height for work. And if down the line you want to change the height, it is not hard realign the desk to meet the level that suits you best.
But why a system? There are other standing desk options on the market, but they are mostly for specific use cases like a laboratory or factory floor. In today's office environment, workers need a workspace that conforms to their type of use.
